Jack was born on 11/27/19 and passed away on 10/18/22 from Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinoses. NCLs, also known as Batten disease, is the name for a group of 13 rare inherited neurodegenerative disorders that typically begin early in life and eventually lead to seizures, vision loss, and death.
Jack leaves a legacy of Jack's Thousand Days, a nonprofit that was started in his name to help families and communities that are affected by childhood disease.
