SOOO.. What's the rundown on getting my ship?
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. We offer free Local Pickup.
When will my order be in the mail?
Here at Southern Junkiez we try our hardest to have our orders shipped out in 1-3 business days. We are always closed Mondays, and orders that are ordered after 12P.M. on Saturdays will be processed on our next open business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as it is sent.
What is the fastest way for me to get my order?
We offer in-store pickup for our local gals interested in picking up in Pilot Point, Texas. We do not currently offer overnight shipping, but as always feel free to reach out to our team for any further questions.
What happens if my package is refused or sent back to the sender?
If your shipment is refused or returned to the sender, you will receive an email notifying you once the package arrives back at Southern Junkiez. If a package is returned due to an insufficient shipping address, the customer is responsible for the charge to ship the order again. Once the invoice is sent for the additional shipping charge there is a 14-day payment period before your order will be refunded for store credit.

It happens and we get that! Southern Junkiez would love to assist you in a return or exchange of your unworn items up to 14 days after the arrival date of your purchase. ALL RETURNS ARE IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY (OR ONLINE CREDIT)! Feel free to email us at southernjunkiez@yahoo.com or DM us so we can get you taken care of! Return Southern Junkiez does not provide return labels. The date of return must be before 15 days from the date of delivery provided by USPS.

Incorrect Orders:
We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, this is for you! Let us know by emailing southernjunkiez@yahoo.com with your invoice number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We'll send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you've received the label, please send back the incorrect item within 7 days so that we can ship you the correct item.
